背景技术
环糊精(Cycfodextrin,CD),是由D-吡喃葡萄糖单元通过1,4-α糖苷键连接得到的一系列环状低聚糖的总称,被称作“第二代超分子化合物”。作为一种功能强大的主要手性选择剂,环糊精及其衍生物在手性药物的分离领域得到了广泛的应用。[Bai ZW,Lai XH,Chen L,Ching CB,Ng SC.Arylcarbamoylatedallylcarbamido-b-cyclodextrin:synthesis and immobilization on nonfunctionalizedsilica gel as a chiral stationary phase.Tetrahedron Lett.2004;45(39):7323-7326.;Lai XH,Ng SC.
