(b)与SEQ ID NO:3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45,48,51,54,57,60,63,66,69,72,75,78,80,82,85,88,91,94,97,100,103,106,109,112,115,118,121,124,127,130,133,135,138,141,144,154,155,156,167,158,159或160具有至少90%序列同一性的氨基酸序列,其中所述多肽具有调节转录的能力;和,
(c)包含SEQ ID NO:3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45,48,51,54,57,60,63,66,69,72,75,78,80,82,85,88,91,94,97,100,103,106,109,112,115,118,121,124,127,130,133,135,138,141,144,154,155,156,157,158,159或160的至少40个连续氨基酸的氨基酸序列,其中所述多肽保留调节转录的能力。
2.分离的多核苷酸,其包含选自下述的核苷酸序列:

(b)编码包含SEQ ID NO:3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45,48,51,54,57,60,63,66,69,72,75,78,80,82,85,88,91,94,97,100,103,106,109,112,115,118,121,124,127,130,133,135,138,141,144,154,155,156,157,158,159或160的氨基酸序列的核苷酸序列;

(e)在严格条件下与a)或b)的核苷酸序列的互补序列杂交的核苷酸序列,其中所述严格条件包含37℃下50%甲酰胺、1M NaCl、1%SDS中杂交,60℃-65℃下在0.1X SSC中洗涤,其中所述多核苷酸编码具有调节转录的能力的多肽,或所述多核苷酸在植物中的表达会降低至少一种Dof多肽的表达;和,
(f)编码与SEQ ID NO:3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45,48,51,54,57,60,63,66,69,72,75,78,80,82,85,88,91,94,97,100,103,106,109,112,115,118,121,124,127,130,133,135,138,141,144.154,155,156,157,158,159或160具有至少90%序列同一性的氨基酸序列的核苷酸序列,其中所述多核苷酸编码具有调节转录的能力的多肽,或所述多核苷酸在植物中的表达会降低至少一种Dof多肽的表达。
