摘要: | 一种合金铸钢轧辊及其制备方法,属于轧钢技术领域。轧辊的化学组成成分及质量百分比为:0.70~0.85%的C,0.90~1.20%的Mn,1.02~1.16%的Cr,0.25~0.45%的Mo,0.17~0.44%的Si,0.03~0.08%的V,0.01~0.03%的N,0.04~0.10%的Nb,0.04~0.10%的Ti,0.02~0.08%的La,0.02~0.08%的Ce,0.03~0.08%的Al,0.005~0.015%的Ca,0.002~0.006%的B,0.003~0.015%的Te,<0.03%的S,<0.03%的P,其余为Fe,其中0.06%≤La+Ce≤0.12%。优点:具有较低的生产成本;提高了轧辊综合力学性能、热疲劳性能和耐磨性,并延长其使用寿命;抗拉强度达到1200~1280MPa,延伸率达到15~18%,冲击韧性达到22~25J/cm2,硬度达到45~48HSD;提高轧机作业率。 | ||
