本发明提出了一种低损耗低串扰椭圆芯少模光纤;光纤由阶跃折射率分布的纯二氧化硅椭圆纤芯、折射率沟槽和包层组成;打破了空间模式简并、实现了保模功能,具有低本征损耗、低串扰的优点;采用凹陷的折射率包层有效减小了弯曲损耗。
