摘要: | 一种家蚕微孢子虫的繁殖和侵染有关的重要蛋白基因PTP3,依据家蚕微孢子虫的9倍基因组数据,得到编码家蚕微孢子虫极管蛋白PTP3基因序列CDS,并经一系列生物技术克隆证实。本发明所获得的极管蛋白PTP3对研究微孢子虫繁殖和侵染机制有其重要作用。从而对生产实践和微孢子虫病的防治发挥作用。RNAi干涉等试验分析表明,把极丝蛋白PTP3干涉到后,微孢子虫失去感染宿主的能力。所以微孢子虫的极丝蛋白PTP3和它潜在的调控基因将成为治疗微孢子虫感染新的因素。还可以通过转基因的手段,使之它高丰度的表达,从而杀害蝗虫等部分害虫。 | ||
